- Information you share with us during sessions, including anything discussed related to your personal history, mental or emotional state, or goals for the work

At this time, we do not use website analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking tools. Our website host and email platform may collect standard technical information such as IP address and browser type for basic site operation and security purposes. If we begin using analytics or advertising tracking tools in the future (such as Google Analytics or a social media pixel), we will update this policy to reflect that change before doing so.

We use the information we collect to:
